Today marks Day 1 of my 30 Days of Healthy Living Challenge — and I couldn’t be more excited to reset, refocus, and refresh my body and mind just in time for summer ☀️
I’ve been using Arbonne Health & Wellness products since 2019, and I truly believe in the power of nourishing your body with clean, high-quality ingredients. What Is the 30 Days of Healthy Living Challenge?
This challenge is all about clean eating, gut health, and creating routines that support your wellness goals. We focus on whole, nutrient-rich foods, Arbonne’s plant-based products, and removing common allergens and inflammatory ingredients like:

A Day in the Life: My Daily Wellness Routine
☀️ Wake-Up Routine:
Start with a warm mug of Arbonne Cleantox Tea to support gentle detox and hydration.
🌿 Morning Wellness Boost:
Mix up the Green Synergy Elixir to flood your body with superfoods, minerals, and antioxidants.
🍳 Breakfast:
A whole foods breakfast with clean protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich carbs.(Example: avocado toast on gluten-free bread with hemp seeds, or a chia seed pudding bowl with almond butter and berries.)
⚡ Mid-Morning Energy:

🥤 Lunch:
